Using the service
You may use Meno only if you can enter into these terms under the law that applies to you. If you use Meno for an organization or group, you confirm that you are permitted to do so. Stop using the service if you do not agree to these terms.
02
Accounts and access
Provide accurate account information, keep your sign-in credentials secure, and notify the service operator if you believe your account has been compromised. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for choosing appropriate access roles for invited travelers.
03
Your content and shared trips
You keep responsibility for the content you add. You must have the right to share it and must not upload unlawful, harmful, or privacy-infringing material. Trip content is visible to invited members according to their role, and their edits may affect everyone in the trip. If a trip owner enables link access, anyone with the URL can open the disclosed read-only view without an account, so only publish content appropriate for sharing.
04
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Meno, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape it abusively, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use it to violate law or another person’s rights. Access may be restricted when necessary to protect users or the service.
05
Assistant and travel information
Assistant suggestions, routes, weather, prices, opening hours, entry requirements, and other travel information may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. Treat them as planning aids, review drafts before applying them, and verify important details with official sources. Meno does not provide legal, immigration, medical, financial, or safety advice and does not make reservations or purchases for you.
06
Third-party services
Meno relies on third-party services and may link to external sites. Their availability, content, and data practices are controlled by their operators and are subject to their own terms. Meno is not responsible for third-party services beyond what applicable law requires.
07
Subscriptions and billing
Meno Plus renews automatically for the billing period you select until canceled. The price, currency, billing frequency, and any applicable taxes are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout. You can manage payment details, invoices, plan changes, and cancellation through the billing portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid period; any mandatory cancellation or refund rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
08
Availability and responsibility
Meno is provided on an as-available basis. Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Keep independent copies of information that is critical during travel and do not rely on Meno as an emergency service.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, the service operator is not liable for indirect losses, missed bookings, travel disruption, decisions based on inaccurate information, or loss caused by events outside reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
09
Changes and ending use
You may stop using Meno at any time. Trip owners can delete trips and members can leave them using available controls. These terms may be updated as the service changes; continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
